Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy At Boroughbridge Auto Services, we aim to make the booking process as simple and transparent as possible. Please take a moment to review our booking policy before confirming your appointment. Booking Notice ✓ All online bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance. ✓ If you require an earlier appointment, please call us directly on 01423 323605. Payment ✓ No upfront payment is required when booking online. ✓ Payment is taken in full upon completion of the service or repair. Cancellations & Changes ✓ If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. ✓ Missed appointments without notice may result in a cancellation fee. Courtesy Services ✓ Courtesy cars, collection and delivery are available on request. ✓ Availability is limited and should be confirmed when booking. MOT & Servicing ✓ Free MOT retest is provided when booked with a service. ✓ MOTs and services are carried out to DVSA and manufacturer standards. General Policy ✓ We strive to provide accurate pricing, but some repairs may require further inspection before confirming costs. ✓ All work is carried out by qualified technicians using quality parts. ✓ Boroughbridge Auto Services reserves the right to amend bookings where necessary.
